Examples of images taken from the inside of a moving tour coach. Circular polarizer was used on whatever lens we happen to choose that particular moment.

Images above all taken in the Shipshewana Ind and Berlin Ohio area.
Heading south to Kansas City
In Iowa somewhere on our way home from Branson, MO Nov 2010
The following three images were taken late in the day, September 3rd,
2011, with a little Fuji FinePix F200 EXR in P mode. To eliminate glass
reflection I held the lens very close to either the windshield or the
side vehicle.
The above images are typical of what the country side looks like around here before those swaths have been combined. The only issue with using a camera like this, aside from no filter, is that after one presses the shutter button, there is a slight lag, and during that time one typically gets a power pole planted right into the middle of the image. I had a few of those during this 15 minute shoot. The foreground is also blurred on side shots, but in this case I was concentrating on the fields in the distance, so that does not really bother me.
